Reporting Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
How to contact us for defective items? 
We allow a 7-day return and exchange starting from the date the package was received. Reach out to our customer support team on Instagram (@gonemanila) or send an email to, within 7 days of receiving the defective item. Provide the order number and a clear description with photos of the defect.
How will we evaluate the defective item?
Our team will review the provided information and determine whether the item is eligible for store credits or exchange due to defects. We may request additional details or images, if needed.
If your defective item is approved for store credits or exchange, we will provide you with a return authorization code and further instructions.
What is the process after a defective item is approved for exchange? 
Item must be returned in its original unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, and undamaged condition, complete with all tags and labels attached. Pack the defective item securely in its original packaging.
Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation, along with the return authorization code provided by our customer support.
Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping for damaged items will be covered by the store.
Once we receive the defective item and verify the damage, we will proceed with either store credits or exchange based on your preference and item availability.
What are our exchange options for defective items?
Store Credit: If you prefer store credits, we will issue a store voucher to be credited to your website account amounting to the price of the returned item/s.
Exchange: If you opt to exchange instead, this will be based on stock availability of the same item or similar item. We will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you once we receive the defective item.
Important Notes:
Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for store credits or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse for store credits or exchange if the defect is deemed to be caused by customer misuse or improper care.
If the exact item is out of stock, we will provide you with alternatives or a store credit.
